Diamond stone was a blessing to work with. Communication was easy, everyone was punctual and easy to work with. They helped us pick a turf that would better suit our needs and were done with the work in 2 days. Everything looks amazing and I will absolutely be using them for future projects.

We were looking for a landscape design and construction service for the backyard of our new home in Phoenix. My wife found Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass online, with good reviews, so we decided to get a quote from them. The project manager, DANIEL, responded and did the measurement for our backyard. He explained to us the materials and the labors. And the most importantly, the grading to direct water out of the backyard and away from the foundation of the house. In the same afternoon, he sent us the quote, the detail measurement, and the selections of materials. The quote is much better than what we expected, so we decided to hire them for this project. While the construction is ongoing, Daniel always kept us updated. We asked a lot of questions during the process, to prevent mistakes caused by misunderstanding. Daniel and his team always responded in a timely manner. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took care of the questions and issues we brought up, and the project ends up awesome. When I saw the outcome, I have nothing else to say but WOW. There was a tiny hiccough that the paver was too close to the gate, causing it hard to close. Once we brought it to Daniel's attention, his team showed up in two days and fixed it. How can we not appreciate a team taking care of problems so quickly? We are very happy that we chose DSSG to do our backyard.

Extremely satisfied with diamond stone. Daniel was very friendly and helpful during the consultation. I met with so many different companies, but knew almost immediately I’d go with them because of how Daniel communicated and made me feel confident in their work. The crew was very quick and professional as well. We got new turf installed and it looks amazing! Even after it was done, they have been communicating with me all the way. Great service and reasonable prices.

Plan synthetic grass around the way you want to use your Peoria property.
Think about what happens beyond the seating area when friends visit or the family spends time outside. A useful lawn footprint leaves room for those activities while respecting chair clearances and the route back to the house.
Retained trees, planting beds, and masonry can help establish the new lawn shape. Review where the installation will stop and how those edges will be finished, particularly where old and new work meet.
Explain whether appearance, frequent use, pets, or a combination will guide your decision. Use samples and product information to compare the options proposed for your yard and the care each will need.

Start by identifying the features you do not want to replace. A retained patio or pool surround sets a useful boundary, while an awkward strip of lawn may be an opportunity to reconsider a path or planted border. Draw the area you want to improve before choosing its final outline.
You can also discuss a staged backyard renovation. Future pergola posts, new paving, and planting changes may affect where grass is installed now. Establish the intended finished layout and a clear first phase so later work can be considered in the initial preparation.
Ask about 3D landscape renderings when you want to discuss the proposed appearance before installation.
A useful estimate identifies the proposed product and the preparation required at your property. Ask about existing material removal, the base, edging, and treatment around retained features. Review irrigation changes and water movement where relevant. Include the manufacturer's care guidance in your decision so you understand the work involved after installation.
That can be discussed as a defined project. The patio edge, nearby levels, access, and conditions beneath the existing lawn need review before the installation boundary and preparation are confirmed.
Explain how both areas will be used. Appearance may be one priority, but traffic, access, exposure, and care requirements also belong in the product discussion. Compare the proposed options for each space.
Yes, the two uses can be considered in one landscape plan. A putting surface has its own layout and performance requirements, so identify the practice area separately from the general lawn.
Share the intended structure location now. Its footprint, foundations, and installation access may influence the first phase of lawn work. Include the future improvement in the drawing even if it is outside the current quote.
Ask for guidance for the selected turf and infill, including cleaning, debris removal, and any recommended brushing. Your usage and surrounding planting can affect the routine, so discuss those conditions before choosing the product.
