    Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were looking for a landscape design and construction service for the backyard of our new home in Phoenix.  My wife found Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass online, with good reviews, so we decided to get a quote from them.  The project manager, DANIEL, responded and did the measurement for our backyard.  He explained to us the materials and the labors.  And the most importantly, the grading to direct water out of the backyard and away from the foundation of the house. In the same afternoon, he sent us the quote, the detail measurement, and the selections of materials.  The quote is much better than what we expected, so we decided to hire them for this project.

While the construction is ongoing, Daniel always kept us updated.  We asked a lot of questions during the process, to prevent mistakes caused by misunderstanding.  Daniel and his team always responded in a timely manner.  The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.  They took care of the questions and issues we brought up, and the project ends up awesome.  When I saw the outcome, I have nothing else to say but WOW.  There was a tiny hiccough that the paver was too close to the gate, causing it hard to close.  Once we brought it to Daniel's attention, his team showed up in two days and fixed it.  How can we not appreciate a team taking care of problems so quickly?

We are very happy that we chose DSSG to do our backyard.

My husband and I are so happy with the work that was done on my yard. In the backyard I had pavers put in around my porch. In the front yard I had turf, driveway extension and paver boarder installed. They show up on time and did a beautiful job, my yard looks like a work of art. I had what I wanted pictured in my head, Mike and his team brought it to life. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards since the demo made a big mess. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work, great communication every step of the way and friendly knowledgeable service. They also helped with my nightmare of an HOA which took a lot of stress off of me! I would give 10 stars if I could.

We got a few different quotes and went with them because they were confident in a variety of different projects we needed done in our backyard. We added Turf, retaining wall, and pavers. They ended up adding some much needed drainage as well. Everything was done quickly and we’re very happy with all their work, will be using them again for the front yard

Diamond Stone did an exceptional job on our backyard. We had quotes from a few companies and this company gave us the most competitive price and spent the most time talking about different options with the yard. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process, and Daniel was an awesome project manager. The crew working on the yard were top notch as well. There was one hiccup with the wrong sized rocks being sent, but Daniel handled it and quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend Diamond Stone.

We are beyond thrilled with the transformation of our Arcadia backyard by Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass! We recently had them install a combination of synthetic grass, rock, and pavers, and the results are absolutely stunning. My husband handled the initial arrangements, and from the very first call, the experience was seamless. The team was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about the vision we had for our project. During the entire project they were attentive to every detail, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The installation crew was equally impressive. It was clear they were experienced and used to working together—they were efficient, careful, and knocked out the project quickly without sacrificing quality. We’ve got some work to do to fill the planters with Desert Steel cacti but check out the photos! The best part? Seeing our grandsons finally able to run around and play. Before this, they weren't even allowed in the backyard because it was just dirt. Mike and his team did an excellent job landscaping our backyard. The scheduling, consultation, work, final walkthrough, and payment process was seamless. We had artificial turf, paverstone walkway, paverstone outdoor living area, and gravel installed. Everything is clean, symmetrical, level, and eye catching.
