Diamond stone was a blessing to work with. Communication was easy, everyone was punctual and easy to work with. They helped us pick a turf that would better suit our needs and were done with the work in 2 days. Everything looks amazing and I will absolutely be using them for future projects.

We were looking for a landscape design and construction service for the backyard of our new home in Phoenix. My wife found Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass online, with good reviews, so we decided to get a quote from them. The project manager, DANIEL, responded and did the measurement for our backyard. He explained to us the materials and the labors. And the most importantly, the grading to direct water out of the backyard and away from the foundation of the house. In the same afternoon, he sent us the quote, the detail measurement, and the selections of materials. The quote is much better than what we expected, so we decided to hire them for this project. While the construction is ongoing, Daniel always kept us updated. We asked a lot of questions during the process, to prevent mistakes caused by misunderstanding. Daniel and his team always responded in a timely manner. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took care of the questions and issues we brought up, and the project ends up awesome. When I saw the outcome, I have nothing else to say but WOW. There was a tiny hiccough that the paver was too close to the gate, causing it hard to close. Once we brought it to Daniel's attention, his team showed up in two days and fixed it. How can we not appreciate a team taking care of problems so quickly? We are very happy that we chose DSSG to do our backyard.

Extremely satisfied with diamond stone. Daniel was very friendly and helpful during the consultation. I met with so many different companies, but knew almost immediately I’d go with them because of how Daniel communicated and made me feel confident in their work. The crew was very quick and professional as well. We got new turf installed and it looks amazing! Even after it was done, they have been communicating with me all the way. Great service and reasonable prices.

Plan travertine & porcelain tile around the way you want to use your Peoria property.
If part of the existing hardscape will remain, include it in the material selection. A complementary finish or a deliberate border can help define the new work without relying on an exact match.
Map the chairs, table, and walking routes you actually need. The dimensions of the new area should support those uses, including the space required when furniture is occupied.
Identify the edges beside the house, planting, and other paving. Review any steps or changes in level so the scope addresses the full connection between the renovated area and its surroundings.

Completed stone pool terrace with lounge chairs and a covered outdoor room.
Finished gray stone pool deck with a channel drain beside a covered patio.
Completed outdoor bar on a porcelain-paved patio beside a pool.
You may want to replace a worn finish, enlarge the dining area, or connect a covered patio to another part of the yard. Describe that goal before choosing a pattern. It helps establish which surfaces should be retained and which areas need to be considered together.
If the work will happen in phases, show the intended final arrangement of the landscape. Future kitchen construction, shade structures, and lawn changes can affect access and the boundaries of the first installation. A coordinated layout gives you a way to evaluate the current project within the larger plan.
Ask about 3D landscape renderings when you want to discuss the proposed appearance before installation.
Existing conditions determine which installation approaches can be considered. Ask the proposal to identify removal, preparation, the selected material, and treatment of adjoining surfaces. Discuss product suitability for the intended exposure and use, along with maintenance requirements. An overlay should only be considered after the existing surface and proposed system have been reviewed.
Yes. Review the existing patio, proposed dimensions, and the point where the surfaces will meet. The design should address the material relationship, levels, and preparation required for the new area.
Bring photos or a sample of the retained finish. You can compare complementary materials and border details that make the transition intentional. Confirm available products before basing the layout on a match.
A defined improvement can be discussed. Show the full surrounding area so the proposal can account for access, adjoining edges, and any connected work needed to complete that part of the landscape.
Compare the appearance you prefer with specifications for the intended outdoor use. Ask about installation requirements, finish, and care for the exact product, then view samples beside the surfaces that will remain.
Yes. Review the paving outline and grass boundary together. Finished levels, edge treatment, and the installation sequence should be part of the discussion so the two surfaces create a coordinated result.
