Diamond stone was a blessing to work with. Communication was easy, everyone was punctual and easy to work with. They helped us pick a turf that would better suit our needs and were done with the work in 2 days. Everything looks amazing and I will absolutely be using them for future projects.

We were looking for a landscape design and construction service for the backyard of our new home in Phoenix. My wife found Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass online, with good reviews, so we decided to get a quote from them. The project manager, DANIEL, responded and did the measurement for our backyard. He explained to us the materials and the labors. And the most importantly, the grading to direct water out of the backyard and away from the foundation of the house. In the same afternoon, he sent us the quote, the detail measurement, and the selections of materials. The quote is much better than what we expected, so we decided to hire them for this project. While the construction is ongoing, Daniel always kept us updated. We asked a lot of questions during the process, to prevent mistakes caused by misunderstanding. Daniel and his team always responded in a timely manner. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took care of the questions and issues we brought up, and the project ends up awesome. When I saw the outcome, I have nothing else to say but WOW. There was a tiny hiccough that the paver was too close to the gate, causing it hard to close. Once we brought it to Daniel's attention, his team showed up in two days and fixed it. How can we not appreciate a team taking care of problems so quickly? We are very happy that we chose DSSG to do our backyard.

Extremely satisfied with diamond stone. Daniel was very friendly and helpful during the consultation. I met with so many different companies, but knew almost immediately I’d go with them because of how Daniel communicated and made me feel confident in their work. The crew was very quick and professional as well. We got new turf installed and it looks amazing! Even after it was done, they have been communicating with me all the way. Great service and reasonable prices.

Plan pergolas around the way you want to use your Peoria property.
A pair of lounge chairs needs a different arrangement from a dining table. Start with the furniture you want to keep or buy, then review the space around it and the positions of the proposed posts.
Keep the route to the lawn, pool, or side access in the same discussion as the structure. A pergola should give the gathering area definition while leaving practical connections to the outdoor activities around it.
Discuss your preferred roof configuration and finish along with lighting or fan provisions. These choices influence how the completed space feels and should be identified before the installation scope is finalized.

Describe what keeps you from using the current space as often as you would like. It may be the position of the seating, the hours of direct sun, or a patio that feels disconnected from the yard. That gives the design discussion a practical starting point beyond selecting a structure from a photograph.
You can plan a pergola for an existing patio or include it in a wider backyard improvement. Review the current surface and proposed support locations before assuming it can remain untouched. If the work is phased, consider future paving, planting, and utility routes so the first installation supports the final layout.
Ask about 3D landscape renderings when you want to discuss the proposed appearance before installation.
An Alumawood proposal should describe the selected structure, dimensions, finish, roof configuration, and support details. Ask how existing conditions and access affect preparation, and identify responsibilities for electrical provisions or required approvals. Reviewing these items together helps you compare options using the actual work involved at your property.
It can be considered without redesigning the entire yard. Share the current layout and the way you want to use it. Surface conditions, support locations, access, and the structure configuration need review before the scope is confirmed.
Use the furniture arrangement as the starting point. Leave room to move around chairs and tables, then review the posts and shade objectives. The most useful dimensions depend on that layout and the available property space.
Shade changes with the sun and the structure design. Discuss your preferred hours of use and compare roof and orientation choices in relation to the places you intend to sit.
Raise those ideas early so the required provisions can be discussed. Confirm what can be included now, what equipment remains to be selected, and which connections or specialist work have a separate scope.
Yes. Review the finished seating area, support locations, walkway connections, and preparation sequence as one project. That helps you understand how the paving and shade installation fit together.
